Jolocky is a catalog of original animated website sections, currently footers, for Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS, designed and coded from scratch by Jolocky.

Jolocky sells animated website components for Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.

The catalog currently contains website footers. Every item is original, designed and coded from scratch by Jolocky. You install an item with the shadcn CLI, and its full source code is copied into your project, where you can edit it like any other file.

What You Get

  • Source code you own: The CLI copies the component files into your repository. There is no runtime package to update and nothing wraps your layout.
  • Hand-written animation: Items animate with requestAnimationFrame, canvas 2D, SVG, and CSS. One Pro item, Sonar Terrain, uses three.js with a GLSL shader.
  • Few dependencies: Most items need only React. When an item imports an npm package (for example three for Sonar Terrain), the package is listed in the registry item and the shadcn CLI installs it for you.
  • Self-contained styles: Each footer ships its own scoped CSS inside its folder, so it does not depend on your Tailwind theme tokens. See Theming.
  • Organized files: Each item is split into a main component and smaller supporting files (sub-components, styles, types, and hooks where needed) under components/footers/<item>/.
  • Engineering Breakdown: Every item page in the catalog includes the same Engineering Breakdown notes, for free and Pro items alike.

Plans

Community (free)

Free items cost $0 and are released under the MIT License. You can browse, preview, and install them without an account or license key.

Pro Annual

Pro Annual costs US$72 per year (about $6 per month), billed annually. There is no monthly plan. One license covers one developer and can be used in unlimited personal, client, and SaaS projects. New Pro items released while your subscription is active are included.

How It Works

  1. Browse the catalog: Open Sections to see live previews of every item.
  2. Read the code: On an item page, the Code tab shows the file tree and source. Pro source is unlocked with an active license.
  3. Install with the CLI: Run npx shadcn@latest add with the item URL. See CLI.
  4. Customize: Change the text, links, colors, and fonts to match your brand.
